Starrybead is committed to providing the best shipping service to our users. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your logistics status.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We truly hope you love your pieces from Starrybead. As a small business dedicated to handmade quality, we have the following policy:
1. For All Orders (Quality Issues) If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a return and a full refund (including return shipping) to your original payment method.
2. For Customers in the EU & UK (Right of Withdrawal) In line with EU and UK regulations, customers in this region have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their order for any reason.
- Eligibility: This applies to our standard DIY Kits.
- Conditions: Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Exceptions: This right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom-made or clearly personalized to your specifications (e.g., custom sizing, engravings, or bespoke commissions).
3. For All Other International Customers (e.g., United States) For non-quality-related issues, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- Our Handmade Promise: Please understand that all our products are handcrafted. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations or minor imperfections. These are celebrated as the mark of a truly handmade item and are not considered defects.
